The first Sourcing Summit Europe was held in 2013 in Amsterdam, bringing together sourcing and recruitment practitioners across Europe.

The response from delegates was overwhelming. The nature of the interactions, the learning formats, the content generated and the spirit of sharing and camaraderie was unprecedented. Some delegates thought it was the best recruitment event they have ever attended.

My first Sourcing Summit was awesome! I loved the community feeling and the availability of the speakers. It was great to meet in person the people I’ve been following online for a while. It is thanks to their generosity to share their knowledge that others can learn.

3 Days of Learning & Fun! Had an awesome experience being an Ambassador at SoSuE Thanks, Phil Tusing for this wonderful opportunity. It was great to meet and discuss sourcing with the industry stalwarts Ondrej Prochazka, Laura González, Eva-Maria Hofer, Susanna Frazier, Aurelien Arnoux, Reggie Ebbe, Jesper Larsen, Manjuri Sinha, Irina Shamaeva, Marcel van der Meer, Oscar Mager, Daniel Ravenswaay , Lenore Mewton, Dov Zavadskis!

Last week I attended the Sourcing Summit Europe and what a great experience it was! Great event, great hacks and great people. Ending the event with the biggest sourcers group hug ever? 😉

Back home after a great week with the EMEA team from . We attended the sourcing summit in Amsterdam where we met recruiters from all over the world to network, learn, discuss the challenges and new trends in recruitment. It was a great experience and on top of all these great learnings we had the chance to spend quality time together with our team from , and .

What a nice week in Amsterdam! One year after my last visit, from winning the hackathon in 2017 to co-hosting this edition, presenting my own session about productivity and discussing around tools with some of the best sourcers in Europe! It has been very inspirational and a wonderful experience.
