Nicolas started as an independent recruiter to understand why startups were struggling so much to find software/web developpers.
Quickly realizing he was loving way too much sourcing (compared to sell his service to a client or running an interview) he tried to launch a sourcing application.
And…then… Link Humans made him the type of offer you can’t refuse : being paid to teach sourcing.
Since then, Nicolas trained more than 500 recruiters, helping them setting up their LinkedIn Profile, finding candidates email, writing better messages and job ads, managing their time, being proud of their job.
His new project : to create a recruiting school in Paris !
