In Canada we’ll cover all aspects of sourcing in a way that #sosu is becoming famous for – an uncompromising dissection and analysis of all things sourcing.
#SOSUEE will bring together some of the sharpest sourcing minds in Estonia and from around the world; offering a wide range of perspectives and insights. There will be 30+ speakers covering the latest in talent sourcing.
#SOSUEE will showcase some of the most innovative companies and new technologies driving sourcing productivity. Delegates will have an opportunity to trial and play with the latest sourcing tech.
#SOSU events are famous for their focus on hacks and hacking. We will once again assemble some of the most curious minds to showcase their latest hacks to find talent.
The popular hackathon from the Amsterdam event will be back. Teams of hackers will be formed and each team will tackle assignments of their choice. Teams will present their hacks on day two and winners will be announced.
Once again we will focus extensively on how sourcing is defined, performed and measured by corporations. Delegates will learn from some of the most daring organisations on how they tackle sourcing.
Delegates will learn the latest sourcing wizardry and hacks. There will be breakout sessions on both days dedicated to live sourcing. Delegates can bring their sourcing challenges for our speakers to tackle, in an interactive format.
At #SOSU we are big on networking. We experimented with a sourcing buddy system and will improve the concept and continue to advance collaboration and the making of new friends.
